USING AFFIRMATIONS TO ENCOURAGE LEARNING AND SELF CONFIDENCE


Self-talk is quite an effective tool and can have such a positive effect on our lives and those around us. As many of the experts in the field have said before "WHAT WE THINK AND FEEL WE MANIFEST"!

So the power is very strong, it is working round the clock, even when you think it's not. By really being in the moment and adding your emotions to your thoughts as you say them this will help create the desired result even quicker. Visuals aides will also help reinforce what we are saying.

So when your little one is upset or afraid or anxious, or just plain out of sorts, one way would be to help them shift this negative feeling and emotion into a positive thought as well as action. Not only will these affirmations have a positive effect on your little one, but also this is something you can do as a way of teaching and bonding along, with some much quality time together.

Get creative and make your own affirmation cards, with your children they work as they are having the input stating it to the universe they
