Stacey's Independent Learning 

 A little bit about me:

 

I'm a mother of two, both of whom have a diagnose of the Autism Spectrum Disorder to assist with my son's Speech l studied to become an Allied Health Assistant with marks of High Distinctions.

 

 I have a Cert III in Early Childhood Education and Care, and l am are currently studying a Diploma Certificate of CBT- Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Seeing the progress that my own children have made along the way doing our own therapies.

This has brought me so much joy and happiness. As now are doing their journey in Primary School, so I would like to use my experience and knowledge to help other families and children reach their very best potential.

I  have done all my practical hours and volunteered at both the Pre-prep and ECDP and the upper school SEP's in my local area.  l also work as a casual teachers aide when required and inclusion support.

I am the coordinator of the Sensory Movie Day on the Gold Coast and Loganholme which is an inclusive non-judgemental event held once a month for families with Special Needs. 

I live in Logan Qld halfway between Brisbane and the Gold Coast
