CANCELLATION POLICY

 

I strive to offer you an excellent service in a convenient location.

This high quality service which l provide comes at a cost, and these costs must be covered by the fees.  The fees l charge you need to cover room or building rental, wages, insurance, administration costs, resources and materials, electricity, phone, stationery,… the list seems to be endless.  Therefore it is my duty to you to ensure my cancellation policy is upheld.

Cancellations

Unless 2 hours notice is given of cancellation of an appointment, the full sessional rate will be charged.

Illness

If you or your child is sick and you need to cancel your appointment, less than 2 hours before, the full sessional rate will be charged as you have booked the clinician’s time.

The clinician has already spent time preparing for your session and has set aside the time you booked to spend with you and/or your child.

Your options are:

 

• Parent comes to the session to collect resources or homework you can do with your child

• The clinician can post the resources and/or homework to you with written instructions for the work.

• When you ring to cancel, please let the office staff/clinician know which option you would prefer.

 

Non Attendance of Appointments

If you do not attend for a scheduled appointment, the full sessional rate will be charged.

 

Unless 2 hours notice is given of cancellation of an appointment, the full sessional rate will be charged.

Please use the 24 hour Service of a Text Message to 0402 302 036, provide your childs name in full, the date and time you're message is sent to correspond with our record service.
