Almond and Date Bliss Balls
Healthy Holiday School Fun or after school or lunch box snack
Almond and Date and bliss balls are so quick and easy to make snack that even your little peeps can make them with a little supervison and best of all it please both adults and kids alike.
Ingredients (makes 8- 12 balls depend on how generous you fill youre tablespoomare with your amounts)
1 cup medjool dates
1/2 cup almonds
2 Tbsp tahini
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 cup shredded coconut (optional Organic Super Cacao powder)
Method
Put all ingredients except shredded coconut in the food processor. Pulse until combined and slightly chunky.
Roll tablespoon amounts into balls and coat in the coconut. (optional we used Organic Super Cacao powder)
Place in the fridge and keep on hand for a healthy tasty snack.
