NON -TOXIC MOON SAND

Non - Toxic Moon Sand

EASTER HOLIDAY FUN I really wanted to get my little peeps a sand box, but l also don't want the extra hassel of covering it over every nite to keep the creatures out, and who was going to have time to make a sandbox aswell, so l have opted for an alternative

<img>

After a some research, I have found most moon sand recipes call for baby oil or mineral oil and OF COURSE REAL sand, and although the nearest beach to us is only half an hour away l know one member of my house hold who will try and eat this and then, their is the super sensitive skin issue so we won't be going that way.

Also l do try hard to avoid products that containing talc and that are also petroleum based, especially when it comes to my kids.

The other reason we won't make our " Moon Sand" out of with mineral oil is It could mean a major case of the runs and No mum said ever that's how to have a great time. (lol). So hence this is why we opted for an all purpose gluten free flour based “sand” in case of any accidental ingestion.
